Description

Enjoy quick and flavorful 15-Minute Garlic Butter Chicken Bites made in one pan. With tender chicken, garlic, and herbs, this dish is perfect for a speedy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 20 oz (1 ¼ lbs) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp parsley, freshly chopped

Instructions

  • Dry the chicken breasts with a paper towel and cut them into 1-inch pieces.
  • Place the chicken in a bowl and sprinkle the flour, basil, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the chicken evenly.
  • Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, adding the olive oil and 1 tbsp of butter. Once melted, add the chicken in one layer.
  • Cook the chicken without moving it for about 3 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Add the remaining butter, minced garlic, and parsley, cooking for one more minute until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Serve immediately while hot, alone or with your choice of sides.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the chicken in the herbs for a few hours before cooking.
Pair with a fresh salad or rice for a complete meal.
Adjust the seasoning to taste if preferred.
