- 1 cup mint oreo cookies, chopped
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup mint chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.
- In another bowl, cream together softened butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Mix in the eggs and vanilla until combined.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture in two parts, stirring until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped mint Oreos, milk chocolate chips, and mint chips.
- Scoop dough into 2 tbsp-size balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring space between each cookie.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Notes
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to one week.
