Description

This Creamy Cucumber Salad with Sour Cream & Dill offers a refreshing blend of flavors and is quick to prepare. Perfect for summer gatherings or as a healthy side dish!


Ingredients

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 large English cucumbers (thinly sliced)
  • ¼ red onion (thinly sliced)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream, red wine vinegar, fresh dill, granulated sugar, and garlic powder until well mixed. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
  2. Add the thinly sliced cucumbers and red onion to the dressing, stirring gently to coat all the vegetables.
