Description

This Dumpling Sauce delivers an irresistible flavor with a blend of soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. It’s a simple yet tasty addition to dumplings or rice, making meal prep quick and satisfying for any food lover.


Ingredients

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1½ teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl or jar, combine all ingredients except water and mix until sugar dissolves.
  2. Gradually add water, one tablespoon at a time, to achieve your desired flavor.
  3. Serve with dumplings or drizzle over rice.

Notes

Adjust the heat by adding more or less sriracha based on your preference.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
This sauce can also be used as a marinade for meats or tofu.
