- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 small tomatoes deseeded and diced

- Cut open avocados lengthwise, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a medium-sized mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocado gently with a potato masher or fork, leaving some chunks for texture.
- Mix in cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, ½ teaspoon salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon lime juice.
- For smoother guacamole, incorporate the spices while mashing; for chunkier guacamole, fold in the spices with a rubber spatula.
