Instructions
- Butter or grease two standard 12 cup muffin pans and set aside, or use liners.
- Cut the brioche bread into ½” cubes and place in a large mixing bowl.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, light brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of fine sea salt until smooth.
- Whisk in the whole milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract.

- Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
