Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 pounds potatoes
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and place them with skin in a large crock pot.
  2. Add the whole garlic cloves and chicken broth.
  3. Cook on high for 3-4 hours, or low for 4-5 hours, until fork tender.
