Description

Mint Oreo Truffles offer an irresistibly rich flavor, easy prep, and delightful creaminess. A great choice for homemade desserts and celebrations!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (18.71 ounce) package mint oreos about 36 cookies
  • 8 ounces brick-style cream cheese softened
  • 1 pound almond bark
  • 1/3 cup green candy melts optional

Instructions

  1. Add the Mint Oreos to a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.
  2. In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to blend the Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Use a 1-tablespoon scoop to portion the mixture, then roll into evenly sized balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
  5. Melt the almond bark according to package directions until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted almond bark, tapping off excess coating before placing back on the lined baking sheet.
  7. If using, melt the green candy melts and drizzle over the coated truffles.
  8. Allow the coating to fully set before serving or storing.

Notes

For best results, ensure cream cheese is at room temperature before mixing.
You can customize the coating by using different colored candy melts.
Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
