Description

This No Bake Pineapple Pie is a delightful treat that combines creamy textures and vibrant flavors. With minimal preparation, it brings together cream cheese, whipped cream, and juicy crushed pineapple, making it an ideal dessert for any occasion.

  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 ounces whipped cream (such as Cool Whip)
  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to blend the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture. Reserve two tablespoons of crushed pineapple for garnish, and fold the rest into the cream cheese and whipped cream mixture until fully combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and add the reserved pineapple on top for garnish. Refrigerate the pie for 4 hours to allow it to set.

Notes

For a sweeter taste, you can adjust the amount of powdered sugar according to your preference.
