Description

No Churn Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ice Cream features the perfect blend of rich chocolate flavor and creamy texture. With just a few simple ingredients like sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream, this dessert is quick to prepare and ideal for chocolate lovers looking for a delightful treat.

  • 1 (14 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 (12 oz) jar Hot Fudge Sauce, Softened
  • Store Bought Bakery Brownies, Cubed

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder until mixed well. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the chocolate sweetened condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream until no streaks remain.
  4. Soften hot fudge sauce in the microwave for 30-45 seconds, then remove the lid.
  5. Layer the bottom of a 9 x 5 bread pan with the cream mixture, followed by dollops of softened hot fudge. Swirl with a knife.
  6. Cube the store bought bakery brownies and sprinkle a few on top of the mixture.
  7. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used.
  8. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, before enjoying.

Notes

Ensure the heavy whipping cream is very cold before whipping for best results.
Feel free to add more brownie cubes for added texture.
This dessert can be made ahead and stored in the freezer for up to two weeks.
