Ingredients

- 3 eggs
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1 cup almond flour, sifted
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°.
- Melt the coconut oil and chocolate chips together on the stove, stirring until smooth; set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together for at least 45 seconds to create a crackly top.
- Gently fold in the sifted almond flour and salt by hand to avoid over-mixing. Then, add the melted chocolate and combine.
- Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper or spray it with nonstick spray. Pour the batter into the pan.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool before cutting and serving.
Notes
For best results, ensure the almond flour is sifted to prevent clumping.
Let the brownies cool completely for better cutting and serving.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.
