Ingredients

- ground beef
- onion
- taco seasoning
- cheese
- olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper and spray lightly with oil.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion over medium heat, crumbling the meat as it cooks until it's no longer pink. Drain excess grease if necessary.
- Add the taco seasoning and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Spoon about 4 tablespoons of taco meat into each tortilla, add cheese, fold in half, and place on the sheet pan.
- Mist the filled tortillas with olive oil before baking.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then flip the tacos, mist again with olive oil, and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
- Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.

Using lean ground beef can help reduce excess grease.
