Description

These Simple Fruit & Yogurt Parfaits with Granola (Customizable) are a delightful mix of creamy Greek yogurt, fresh fruits, and crunchy granola, making for an irresistible and healthy option for breakfast or a quick snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional – more as a drizzle
  • ¾ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup berries, or any other fruit cut into small 1-inch chunks
  • ¼ cup homemade granola, or store bought granola

Instructions

  • If you are using a sweetener, mix it into the Greek yogurt in a small bowl until it is fully combined.
  • To assemble the parfait, place half of the yogurt in the bottom of a mason jar or bowl. Add half of the fruit and half of the granola on top. Layer the rest of the yogurt over it, then add the remaining fruit and granola on top.
  • For extra sweetness, drizzle with honey before serving. Enjoy right away.

Notes

You can customize the fruits based on your preference or what’s in season.
This parfait can be prepared in advance and stored in the fridge for a quick breakfast or snack.
