Description

This Air Fryer Grilled Cheese delivers irresistible flavor with crispy bread and melted cheese. Perfect for a quick dinner or comforting meal at home!


Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread (white, sourdough, or whole wheat)
  • 1 tablespoon softened butter or mayo
  • 23 slices cheese (sharp cheddar, American, provolone, Swiss, gouda, or a combo)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 370°F for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Spread butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread. Place one slice butter-side down, layer cheese on top, and cover with the second slice butter-side up. Secure with a toothpick.
  3. Place the sandwich in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 370°F for 4–5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3–4 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  4. Remove from the air fryer, take out the toothpick, slice, serve, and enjoy!
