This Avocado Dressing delivers irresistible flavors and is quick to prepare with fresh ingredients. Perfect for salads or as a dip, it brings a creamy texture to your meals!

- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 lemon – juice only
- 1 garlic clove
- 3/4 cup avocado oil
- 2 tbsp agave nectar
- 2 tbsp cilantro (or basil, or parsley)
- coarse kosher salt to taste
Instructions
- Ensure your blender or food processor has an opening for adding ingredients while blending.
- Halve the avocado, remove the pit, peel the skin, and place the avocado flesh into the blender.
- Add white wine vinegar, lemon juice, agave nectar, garlic, cilantro, and salt into the blender. Do not add the oil yet!
- Close the lid and blend while slowly drizzling in avocado oil until smooth. Continue to blend for a few seconds afterward.
- Taste the dressing and adjust salt as needed. For a thinner consistency, add more avocado oil and blend again.
Notes
Storage: Keep the dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Adjust herbs: Feel free to substitute cilantro with basil or parsley based on your preference.
Consistency: Add more oil if you prefer a runnier dressing.
