Description

Savor the delicious Banana Split Fluff Salad, a creamy blend of cool whip, fruit, and crunchy nuts. This quick-to-make dessert is perfect for gatherings or as a sweet treat any day of the week!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups cool whip
  • 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
  • 1 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups mini-marshmallows
  • 1 3/4 cup pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 bananas, peeled & sliced
  • 1 cup peanuts, chopped
  • 3/4 cup maraschino cherries, drained
  • 1/4 cup mini-chocolate chips
  • 12 tbsp chocolate syrup, optional

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cool whip, cherry pie filling, sweetened condensed milk, and sour cream.
  2. Fold in the mini-marshmallows, drained pineapple chunks, sliced bananas, chopped peanuts, drained maraschino cherries, and mini-chocolate chips right before serving.
  3. Optionally, drizzle chocolate syrup on top before serving.

Notes

Ensure the pineapple chunks are well-drained to avoid excess moisture.
For extra sweetness, adjust the amount of chocolate syrup to taste.
This salad can be prepared a few hours in advance, but add bananas and syrup just before serving.
