- 2 pounds chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons sriracha
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create the bang bang sauce.
- Cut the chicken into 1-inch pieces and season with sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and sriracha. Ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed on the chicken.
- In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, add 2 tablespoons of oil. Once hot, add the chicken in a single layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from heat and toss with the bang bang sauce. Serve warm with rice or on shredded cabbage.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the amount of sriracha based on your spice preference.
For added crunch, consider garnishing with chopped green onions or sesame seeds.
