Description

These BBQ Ribs are packed with irresistible flavor and super easy to prepare. Featuring baby back ribs and a flavorful rub, they’re perfect for cookouts or family dinners!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 lbs baby back ribs or st. louis ribs
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon smoked sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon korean chili flakes or ¼ teaspoon cayenne

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the rub ingredients.
  2. If the brown sugar has clumps, rub it between your thumb and fingers to break it up.
  3. Set the mixture aside for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors develop.

Notes

Allowing the rub to sit enhances the flavors.
Adjust the level of spice by modifying the chili flakes or cayenne to your preference.
Always cover the ribs while baking for best results.
