Description

This Blueberry Breakfast Quesadilla is a delightful combination of sweetness and creaminess. With fresh blueberries and cinnamon cream cheese in a crispy flour tortilla, it’s perfect for a quick breakfast or a satisfying snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 burrito size flour tortilla
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp butter, softened
  • cinnamon & sugar, optional

Instructions

  1. Spread cream cheese on one side of the flour tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle blueberries over half of the tortilla and fold the other side over, pressing down lightly.
  3. Spread 1/2 tbsp softened butter on one side of the quesadilla, then flip and spread the remaining 1/2 tbsp on the other side. Optionally, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the buttered sides.
  4. Cook on a skillet over medium heat, grilling each side until golden brown.

Notes

For an extra flavor, consider adding a drizzle of honey or maple syrup before serving.
Serve warm for the best texture and taste.
