- 1 burrito size flour tortilla
- 2 tbsp cinnamon cream cheese
- 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
- cinnamon & sugar, optional
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese on one side of the flour tortilla.
- Sprinkle blueberries over half of the tortilla and fold the other side over, pressing down lightly.
- Spread 1/2 tbsp softened butter on one side of the quesadilla, then flip and spread the remaining 1/2 tbsp on the other side. Optionally, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the buttered sides.
- Cook on a skillet over medium heat, grilling each side until golden brown.
Notes
For an extra flavor, consider adding a drizzle of honey or maple syrup before serving.
Serve warm for the best texture and taste.
