Description

These Blueberry Mojitos are a delightful blend of fresh mint, tangy lime, and juicy blueberries, creating a refreshing beverage perfect for warm days. Easy to prepare, this cocktail is all about the vibrant flavors and can brighten up any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 8 blueberries
  • ½ lime, cut into 2 wedges
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • fluid ounces white rum
  • ½ fluid ounce simple syrup
  • large handful fresh ice or crushed ice
  • 2 fluid ounces club soda to taste
  • 3 blueberries for garnish, optional
  • 3 fresh mint leaves for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. In a tall glass, muddle the blueberries, lime wedges, and mint leaves until the blueberries are broken, lime juice is released, and the mint is bruised.
  2. Pour in the white rum and simple syrup, then add the club soda and stir gently.
  3. Fill the glass with ice and add more club soda based on taste preference. Garnish with additional blueberries and mint leaves if desired.

Notes

Use crushed ice for a frosty texture.
Feel free to adjust the amount of simple syrup depending on your sweetness preference.
For a non-alcoholic version, replace rum with extra club soda.
