  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups white granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 1/3 cups fresh blueberries
  • 4 tbsp blueberry jam

Instructions

  1. Combine brown sugar, white sugar, flour, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Stir in melted butter using a fork, then refrigerate to set.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together room temperature butter and white sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Add in vanilla extract and honey, mixing to combine.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the remaining flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  7. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries and blueberry jam until evenly distributed.
  8. Scoop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
  9. Bake until golden and set, according to oven temperature guidelines.
