Description

This Boat Dip offers an irresistible combination of sour cream, tasty cheese, and zesty seasonings. It’s quick to prepare and perfect for parties, game days, or a satisfying snack with chips and veggies.


Ingredients

  • 24 oz sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded Colby Jack or cheese of choice
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 10 oz can rotel with chiles, drained
  • Optional: Greek yogurt or blended cottage cheese for more protein

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine sour cream with taco and ranch seasoning.
  2. Stir in shredded cheese and the drained Rotel along with a pinch of salt.
  3. For a better flavor, chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour if desired.
  4. Serve with chips or veggies.

Notes

For added protein, substitute sour cream with Greek yogurt or blended cottage cheese.
