Description

These Caramel Apple Cider Cookies are an explosion of flavor with apple cider mix and gooey caramel bits. Quick to prepare, they are perfect for cozy get-togethers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup Butter, Softened
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 5 packets Apple Cider Mix
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Kraft Caramel Bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, sugar, and apple cider mix until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla, and beat until everything is well blended.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until a cookie dough forms.
  6. Fold in the caramel bits until evenly distributed.
  7. Scoop 1 1/2 tablespoons of cookie dough and place onto the prepared baking sheet, ensuring there's space between each cookie.
  8. Bake for about 11 minutes or until slightly golden.

Notes

For a richer flavor, consider chilling the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
Store cookies in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
Feel free to add nuts for extra texture.
