Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  3. Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place the bottom layer in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the rolls.
  5. Add slices of cheddar cheese on top of the beef.
  6. Spread mayonnaise on the inside of the tops of the rolls.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until the cheese melts and tops toast.
  8. Mix melted butter with everything bagel seasoning and brush over the warm rolls.

Notes

Feel free to add more toppings like pickles or lettuce for extra crunch.
These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
