- 1 pound spaghetti

- 3 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the spaghetti and salt. Cook the spaghetti for one minute less than the package recommends, drain, and set aside.
- In the same pot, blend together 2 cups of cheddar cheese, cream cheese, condensed mushroom soup, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir in the cooked chicken and spaghetti until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared casserole dish, top with the remaining 1 cup of cheese, and bake uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
