  • 3 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the spaghetti and salt. Cook the spaghetti for one minute less than the package recommends, drain, and set aside.
  3. In the same pot, blend together 2 cups of cheddar cheese, cream cheese, condensed mushroom soup, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir in the cooked chicken and spaghetti until well mixed.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared casserole dish, top with the remaining 1 cup of cheese, and bake uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

Feel free to use leftover chicken for a quicker prep.
For a spicy kick, use spicy diced tomatoes with green chiles.
