- 1 (11 oz) bag chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a 9 x 13 inch pan with non-stick spray.
- Grate enough zucchini to measure 2 cups (approximately 2 zucchini).
- In a large bowl, combine softened butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla, and mix until smooth.
- Incorporate cinnamon, flour, salt, and baking powder into the mixture until everything is well combined.
- Gently fold in the shredded zucchini and chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Once baked, gently press additional chocolate chips into the top before cooling.
