This Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler is a delightful blend of juicy peaches and sweet cinnamon rolls. With easy prep and irresistible flavor, it’s a perfect comfort food dish that will impress your friends and family.

- 5 peaches (pitted, peeled & sliced)
- 1 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 package pillsbury cinnamon roll dough
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9-inch square pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.
- In a medium sauce pan, pit, peel, and slice the peaches. Place them in the pan.
- Add water, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the peaches. Stir occasionally over low-medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Pour the peach mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into fourths and sprinkle the pieces evenly over the top of the peaches.
- Tent a piece of foil over the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown.
- After taking it out from the oven, drizzle the provided icing over the cobbler.
Notes
For a richer flavor, serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
You can substitute cinnamon roll dough with homemade dough for a different texture.
Adjust sugar based on the sweetness of your peaches.
