Instructions
- Blend 1 1/2 cups of cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
- For strawberry flavor, add the frozen strawberries, 3 tablespoons honey, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice to the food processor; blend until creamy for 3 to 4 minutes.
- For banana flavor, add 3 cups frozen banana slices, 3 tablespoons honey, and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract to the food processor; blend until creamy for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month; let it sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping.
Notes
For a sweeter ice cream, adjust the honey to taste.
