- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and line the bottom of an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
- Place the graham cracker sheets in a single layer at the bottom of the pan, breaking them as needed to cover the surface.
- In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, egg yolks, hot brewed coffee, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the brownie batter over the graham cracker layer in the pan and bake for 40 minutes.
- Remove the brownies and top with mini marshmallows. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Use a kitchen torch to toast the marshmallows on top. Let the brownies cool completely before slicing.
