Description

These blueberry popsicles are a delightful treat featuring a blend of frozen blueberries, creamy yogurt, and a ripe banana. Perfect for hot days, they make a healthy and satisfying dessert that is simple to prepare. Enjoy a refreshing and wholesome taste in every bite!


Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 large ripe banana, peeled

Instructions

  1. Combine the blueberries, banana, and yogurt in a blender and puree until smooth. Add a little liquid if needed for blending.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  3. Cover the molds with foil or a lid and insert the sticks into each popsicle.
  4. Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 3 hours until solid.
  5. To remove the popsicles, dip the molds briefly in warm water and pull on the stick gently.

Notes

For a fruitier flavor, substitute some blueberries with other berries.
These popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to a month.
