- 2 ½ cups frozen mixed berries
- 4 oz silver tequila or white tequila
- 4 oz triple sec
- juice of ½ lime plus more for rimming the glass
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup crushed ice
- sugar for the rim
- ¼ cup club soda
- lime wheels and mint for garnish
Instructions
- Rim the glass by rubbing a lime wedge around the edge and dipping it into sugar; set aside.
- In a blender, combine frozen mixed berries, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and sugar; blend until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and add more sugar for sweetness or a splash of club soda to adjust thickness if needed.
- Pour the mixture into the rimmed glass, add a splash of club soda if desired, and garnish with a lime wheel and mint leaves.
Notes
Adjust sweetness by adding more sweetener to your taste.
Use honey as a substitute for maple syrup if preferred.
For a chilled glass, freeze the glasses for about 10 minutes before serving.
