Description

This Frozen Berry Margarita is a delightful blend of frozen berries, tequila, and lime juice. Easy to prepare, it’s perfect for summer gatherings or a simple evening treat!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ½ cups frozen mixed berries
  • 4 oz silver tequila or white tequila
  • 4 oz triple sec
  • juice of ½ lime plus more for rimming the glass
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • sugar for the rim
  • ¼ cup club soda
  • lime wheels and mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rim the glass by rubbing a lime wedge around the edge and dipping it into sugar; set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine frozen mixed berries, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and sugar; blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and add more sugar for sweetness or a splash of club soda to adjust thickness if needed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the rimmed glass, add a splash of club soda if desired, and garnish with a lime wheel and mint leaves.

Notes

Adjust sweetness by adding more sweetener to your taste.
Use honey as a substitute for maple syrup if preferred.
For a chilled glass, freeze the glasses for about 10 minutes before serving.
