Description

These Grilled Shrimp Skewers are bursting with flavor and easy to prepare! Perfect for a quick dinner or summer BBQ, they feature fresh shrimp, garlic, and zesty lemon. Enjoy this healthy seafood delight that everyone will love!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tail on
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice from 1 lemon, about 3 Tablespoons of juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground or cracked pepper
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Allow the shrimp to marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  3. Thread the shrimp onto metal or soaked wooden skewers and discard the marinade.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, then place the skewers on the grill.
  5. Cook the shrimp for about 2 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque.
  6. Remove from the grill and serve hot with lemon wedges.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using to prevent burning.
