Description

These High Protein Cheesecake Jars are a delightful mixture of creamy cottage cheese and tangy yogurt, sweetened with maple syrup. Perfect for a quick dessert or healthy snack, they are both nutritious and satisfying!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 graham cracker sheets, crushed
  • 1 cup 2% cottage cheese
  • ½ cup plain skyr yogurt, or full-fat greek
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • Fresh fruit
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Nut Butter

Instructions

  1. Combine the cottage cheese, yogurt, maple syrup, protein powder, and vanilla bean paste in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Set the mixture aside.
  2. Layer the crushed graham crackers at the bottom of two jars. Distribute the cheesecake filling evenly into each jar.
  3. Chill the jars in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Enjoy the cheesecake jars plain or topped with your favorite ingredients.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use full-fat Greek yogurt instead of skyr yogurt.
Add a variety of toppings like fresh berries or a drizzle of nut butter for added taste.
Make ahead and store in the fridge for a quick healthy snack!
