- 2 tablespoons (28g) butter, diced
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, whisk together the sugar, corn starch, and cocoa powder until combined.
- Add the milk gradually, mixing until the ingredients are blended smoothly.
- Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and begins to boil.
- Once thickened, remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips, butter, and vanilla until melted and smooth.
- Pour the pudding into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
