- 28 ounces sweetened condensed milk

- ¾ cup key lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons lime zest (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
- Line a 9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and ground cinnamon in a bowl before adding the melted butter. Stir until well combined.
- Press this mixture firmly into the base of the lined baking dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, egg yolks, key lime juice, vanilla extract, and lime zest until smooth.
- Pour the lime mixture over the crust and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool before chilling in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Cut into bars and serve.
