- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth. Stir in the matcha powder until fully combined and set aside to cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and kosher salt.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until everything is well combined.
- Fold in the flour until no streaks remain in the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Drizzle the slightly cooled matcha ganache evenly over the batter.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
