- 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 2/3 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the old fashioned oats and chocolate chips.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine the peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and pour the mixture into the oats and chocolate chip bowl.
- Stir thoroughly until everything is well combined and the chocolate is melted.
- Pour the mixture into a 9 x 9 pan lined with parchment paper and spread it evenly.
- Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill until firm. Once set, cut into bars.
Notes
These bars can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Feel free to substitute almond butter for peanut butter for a different flavor.
