- 15 ounces mandarin oranges, drained and juice reserved
- 3.4 ounces orange jello mix
- 12 ounces orange creamsicle yogurt (2 containers)
- 8 ounces whipped cream plus more for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a large glass bowl, combine the orange gelatin with 1/4 cup of reserved mandarin orange juice and microwave on high for 1 minute. Refrigerate the mixture for 10-15 minutes until it thickens.
- Once chilled, whisk in the orange yogurt and Cool Whip. Carefully fold in 1/2 cup of chopped mandarin oranges.
- Pour the prepared pie filling into the graham cracker crust. Add dollops of whipped cream and garnish with whole mandarin oranges on top.
- Refrigerate for about 4 hours until set. For a frozen option, freeze the pie for 2 hours.
