Description

This Pan Pizza offers irresistible flavor with simple prep. With a soft crust, savory toppings, and melted cheese, it’s perfect for a quick dinner or weekend treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 (10 to 12 ounce) ball pizza dough
  • 1½ tablespoons olive oil
  • ⅓ cup pizza sauce
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup pepperoni slices
  • ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Pour 1½ tablespoons of olive oil into a 10-inch cast-iron skillet and swirl to coat the sides.
  2. Stretch or roll the pizza dough into a 10-inch circle and place it in the oiled skillet.
  3. Preheat the oven to 475℉.
  4. Allow the dough to rest in a warm area for 30 minutes, like by the preheating oven.
  5. Spread pizza sauce over the dough, keeping a ¼-inch border around the edges. Add mozzarella, pepperoni, and parmesan on top.
  6. Bake the pizza for 15 to 20 minutes until the crust is crisp.

Notes

Ensure the skillet is well-oiled to prevent sticking.
For a crunchier crust, bake a few extra minutes.
