- 1 ½ cups (12 oz/340 g) granulated sugar

- 3 large eggs , at room temperature
- 1 cup (8 fl oz/240 ml) whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and butter a 9-inch (20 cm) round cake pan.
- In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, and salt over medium-low heat until melted and bubbling. Pour evenly into the prepared pan.
- Arrange peach slices in a circular pattern over the brown sugar mixture, starting from the center and moving outward. Set aside.
