- 6 large figs, cut in half
- 6 slices prosciutto, cut in half lengthwise
- 4 tablespoons gorgonzola cheese
- 4 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Wash and dry the figs, then cut off the stems and slice them in half.
- Place the fig halves cut side up on a flat surface or cutting board. Add about 1/2 tablespoon of gorgonzola cheese to each fig half.
- Wrap each fig with a slice of prosciutto to cover the cheese completely.
