Description

These Red, White and Blue Fruit Cups are a delightful treat featuring fresh strawberries, blueberries, and homemade whipped cream. Perfect for summer celebrations and quick to prepare, they offer a delicious balance of sweetness and freshness that everyone will love!

Ingredients

Scale
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup icing sugar
  • 1 ⅓ cup strawberries, chopped small
  • 2 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer bowl, combine heavy cream and icing sugar. Mix on medium speed for about 10 minutes until stiff peaks form. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary with more icing sugar. Set aside.
  2. In a serving container, layer about ⅓ cup strawberries, followed by ½ cup whipped cream, and then ½ cup blueberries. Repeat the layering with the remaining ingredients for the other three cups.
  3. Top with an extra dollop of whipped cream and a strawberry, if desired.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness of the whipped cream to your taste by adding more icing sugar.
For a festive touch, use additional berry decorations on top of the cups.
These fruit cups are perfect for summer parties and can be prepared a few hours in advance.
