These Red, White, and Blue Tortilla Cups are bursting with flavors and topped with fresh berries. They’re simple to prepare and perfect for any celebration or quick snack.

- 3 small flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil melted
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp. natural sweetener like Truvia
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup fresh berries like blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries
- Optional: cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Cut the tortillas into quarters using a pizza slicer.
- In a small bowl, mix together the coconut oil and honey until well combined.
- Brush each side of the tortillas with the coconut oil mixture, then sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Press three tortilla triangles into a muffin pan to form a cup shape.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, then remove the cups from the pan and allow to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the whipping cream, sweetener, and vanilla, then beat until small peaks form.
- Spoon or pipe the whipped cream into each tortilla cup.
- Top the whipped cream with fresh berries.
- If desired, sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
Notes
These tortilla cups can be made ahead and stored before adding cream and berries.
Feel free to mix and match your favorite berries for different flavors.
For a healthier option, reduce the amount of honey or sweetener used.
