Description

This Snicker Apple Salad for Potlucks is loaded with creamy goodness and sweet bites of Snickers and apples, making it a perfect treat for gatherings or quick family meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) cool whip, thawed
  • 2 granny smith apples, chopped
  • 1 (9.7 oz) snickers mini-sizes candy bars, halved

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and brown sugar until well combined.
  2. Fold in the thawed Cool Whip until smooth and creamy.
  3. Core, slice, and chop the granny smith apples, then gently fold them into the mixture.
  4. Unwrap the Snickers mini bars, cut each in half, and fold them into the salad.
