Description

This steak marinade offers an irresistible blend of olive oil, soy sauce, and fresh herbs, ensuring a flavorful and tender meal that’s perfect for easy and enjoyable dining.


Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil or light flavored oil
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme or ¼ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions

  1. Combine the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, parsley, rosemary, black pepper, thyme, and garlic in a glass bowl or a freezer bag.
  2. Add up to 2 pounds of steak to the marinade, ensuring it's coated well. Marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
  3. Remove the steaks from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  4. Grill or broil the steaks to your desired doneness.

Notes

Marinate for longer for a more intense flavor.
Use fresh herbs for the best results.
This marinade works well on various cuts of steak.
