- 1 cup (267g) peanut butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup (200g) sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ cup (100g) reese’s pieces
- 1 cup (136g) finely chopped reese’s peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two cookie sheets with Silpats or parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, egg, sugars, and baking soda until well combined. Stir in the Reese’s Pieces and chopped peanut butter cups.
- Using a 2 tablespoon cookie scoop, place balls of cookie dough onto the prepared cookie sheets. Flatten each cookie gently with the tines of a fork.
- Bake for 8 minutes, then cool for 15 minutes before transferring from the cookie sheets.
