Description

Waldorf Salad combines crisp apples, juicy grapes, and creamy dressing, making it a delightful and healthy dish for quick dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Apples, Diced
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Celery (Diced)
  • 1 cup Grapes (Halved)
  • 1/2 cup Pecan Halves (Roughly Chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Whipping Cream (Whipped)
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, sugar, and lemon juice, tossing to coat.
  2. Add diced celery, halved grapes, and roughly chopped pecans to the apple mixture and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the whipping cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold in the mayonnaise.
  4. Combine the apple and grape mixture with the whipped cream mixture and season with salt, adjusting to taste.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight before serving.

Notes

For a healthier twist, consider using Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
