Description

This Watermelon Feta Salad offers a delightful combination of sweet watermelon, creamy feta cheese, and fragrant herbs. It’s a quick and healthy dish that’s perfect for summer gatherings or a light meal.


Ingredients

  • 3 pounds chopped seedless watermelon
  • 6 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1 lime, zest and juice
  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large serving bowl, combine the watermelon, feta, basil, and mint.
  2. Sprinkle the lime zest over the salad and drizzle with lime juice.
